Quick Take: Packers hold off strong Chiefs, win 27-21

Charles Woodsom picked off Tyler Thigpen at the Packers 25, stopping the Chief's last drive with just a minute to play in the last quarter. Two strong run plays later, the Packers got a first down and KC ran out of timeouts.
Game ball
Packers RB Ryan Grant drove fear into the Chief's defenders, running for 150 yards and adding 93 yards through the air. He also scored all three Packers TDs. Two TDs came off big plays, the first when Grant scored after a 74 yrds run and the second when he broke a tackle on a short outside pass and juke moved past the safety to score after 69 yards.
Key stat
Aaron Rodgers had another strong game, throwing for 316yrds and hitting 70% of his passes. Although throwing an interception on his first pass of the game that led to the Chief's early lead, he managed to achieve a 97.2 QB rating.
Noteworthy
Two of the Chiefs TD came off Packers turnovers, the first when Derrick Johnson picked off A-Rod on his first pass of the game, returning it 16yrds into the endzone. TheĀ second ChiefsĀ TD came after Ryan Grant fumbled the ball on the Packers 14yrd line. On the other hand, both Chiefs Interceptions were thrown deep in Packers territory, denying them well deserved points. Also noteworthy are the two unsuccessfull 51yrd FGs, the first one hitting the right upright and the second one being whistled back on a holding penalty. Bad luck for the Chiefs!!
