Simulated my first off season and now it is time to share some thoughts on the up and coming off season. Answers in English please!! Comments on articles are still not working due to §$$§"$§ckin lan connection in motel and no $"$§§"ckin time on the weekend. Update! Comments now should work!
A) The human factor. Are the human no shows a problem?
Moose911: No, I think we can handle it with automatically CPU resigning and draft the best player available.
B) Like RJ mentioned in a private mail the first part of preseason is not worth thinking about. Owners box can be done separately.
C) The Madden 08 off season schedule
OK serious again...
Moose911 tries to come up with something:
- No problems with the offseason schedule in my opinion until point FA!

- Draft
Hmmm. again! RJ? Is it possible to scout some players and then draft them all together life?
- Next FA period should be ok, because most of the players are long gone.
Rule proposals:
Trades:
- No trade of draft pick(s) for draft pick(s) - agreed - No discussion on that point, by law!
- Trades can only be made in one specific period during the season and thats in RFA period in the off season.
Why??? The rookies are not drafted yet (stupid to get rookies per trade before they ever played a game) The FA are not signed yet. (as stupid to get newly signed FA per trade before they played a game for the new team)
- The player traded for (moan den spieler für den man traded) 
cannot be traded for this and the next season
- The worst team can make the first move in FA (Trade and sign FA)
