They had all the tools in 2008 and failed due to character issues. The team should be in better shape in this category entering 2009. They got rid of T.O., Mr. Horsecoller, Zach Mc Cracken, Pacman ... and Ellis should also be gone. Look for an improved Cowboys team with better team chemistry in 2009.
